The BA Offer has arrived!

The PCCC are very pleased that BA have made an offer to individual non-union members.

The BA offer to individual non-union members has arrived today. It is exactly the same offer as the one posted online.

It is essentially a two year pay rise (Dec RPI capped at 2.9%) with the additional top up scheme. The top up scheme will only be applied if we don’t earn the stated yearly amounts in variable pay. Our current variable pay remains as it is. The minimum amount of top up pay would increase with any base pay uplift.

The Professional Cabin Crew Council are very pleased that this offer has been made available to non-union members, and we are more than happy to sign it. Our future is in OUR hands now, and no longer in the hands of a Union that has led many of its members to financial ruin.
